I started college two weeks ago now and have been enjoying it so far. The independance, less hours, being treated more like an adult and so on. But for some reason, I still get first day nerves where I can't stop peeing and feeling unwell every other night. For example tomorrow, I don't have to be in till 10 and get to leave at 12:30 plus I've got no deadlines to meet and nothing to worry me. Yet I cannot stop thinking about it and I cannot relax.

What can I do to deal with it and what's causing it? I never got it about school :(.

I had really severe anxiety the first month or so of college even though it was going fine for me.  The biggest thing that helped me was getting into a schedule.  I would actually write out a schedule for each day...like when I was gonna be in class, study, work out, have free time....etc.  It helped me to kind of just get the hang of it.

Also stay in touch with old friends and family.  Helps with home sickness

Could it possibly be because it's a new environment? Did you move away for college? Because homesickness could be the cause of feeling 'unwell' every other night.
But to get it off your mind, maybe get a job, join some clubs/activities, or athletics, to where you think less about it because you're keeping busy all the time.

I didn't move away no. My parents live not too far away.
