I feel invisible at school Im just not outgoing, im shy. i think today was a bad day. i have good days and bad days. the good days make me feel okay, like i dont need help, like i dont need a counselor or pills. but then another bad day comes and i feel lost.
i dont know anymore somethings wrong and i wish it would go away
can some one give me any advice?

i feel the same only very few days i have a good day, most everyday is a bad day for me and i dont know wot to do with myself anymore. and im shy too, and i dont even have anyone to hang about with :( so i know how yur feeling

yeah, pills don't help... i was like that at school and at college for the first week but it gets easier... pills just complicate things...
