I hate it when people throw the "Children in Africa" card. How exactly does it help the problems that we have? A problem is always going to be a problem, no matter how big or small. And people will always be effected by a problem.

Okay I will throw a Children Starving card. Who cares where their starving they are still starving. The point I am making is that... There are people starving that cannot get a meal and that one who can eat is starving themself to look thin.
You know, anorexia doesn't always start with "Omgz, I want to look thin like the catwalk models. I'm soooooo fat. I'm gonna stop eating right now". No. Sometimes people don't even realise what they are doing. I used to have an eating disorder. I ate less and less each day. And as time went on I didn't feel hungry. Just weak, and I somehow liked it. And I didn't even realise there was anything wrong. I thought I was just dieting a little, and losing weight. Eating disorders can be metal disorders. You obviously don't have a clue about any of this, and I find it amusing.

Had I once said the people suffering from this were selfish? I have not... I simply had said it is stunning that this happens. I feel stunned when I hear of this. As should everyone. I had not once said that they were "Selfish". I do not blame the sufferers of this horrid disease I blame a combination of two things. The Lack of Culture in America and this... When we show Celebrities to be the best things in American society they look one way Skinny and Fit. That is shown to be the sexiest thing in our society. The ideal that one is better if they look better. The ideal that one is better if they are smart and wise in our current society is frowned upon.
