In some states it's illegal until he's 18. The law doesn't care if he's one day short of being 18 or 4 months short of being 18.

quite honestly.. if a 22 year old guy is tryna get with a girl younger than 19.. there's some major desperation goin on there. same exact thing if its vice-versa.

Because the law allows a 3 year gap if their is a relationship with some one under 18.I asked if 4 months over was ok or not.
