You are overweight but you aren't unattractive. Add some exercise to your lifestyle if you can. Protein bars aren't actually good for you. Drink lots of water and don't over eat. You aren't anorexic yet, you just aren't being healthy. You need a balanced diet. Fruit has HEALTHY sugars. Eat it.
