Ugh, I usually just have the occasional FKD but the past month has been a complete Fat Kid month. On the plus side, I have only purged once and only fasted for a couple of days, on the minus side I look and feel like shit. My apetite inhibitors should arrive next week so I should do well on those but gah, I feel like all the shit I've put myself and my body through has been for nothing-- I need to go on a diet stat! But I eat less than 800 cals a day as it is... gah, I really don't want to go back into therapy but I wish this didn't have to be so difficult.

Read: I am a diagnosed bulimic with anorexic tendencies, not just some wannabe.

I've been there and done that and I can honestly say it's a whole lot more fun to eat what you'd like then go run for a while.

I'm a chronic insomniac and addicted to sleeping pills, which I've quit because they make me so paranoid, I barely have the energy to walk around! Gah, I just want to stop eating all together, life is so much easier then
