"MPs urge ban on pub happy hours


Pub happy hours should be banned and supermarkets stopped from selling alcohol at a loss, in order to combat drink-fuelled disorder, MPs have said."

They've been talking about doing that for years. Drink seems to be getting cheaper in supermarkets not more expensive. If they ban happy hour we just get wrecked in the house then go out!

They're cheaper in supermarkets 'cos supermarket brand alcohol seems to becoming more popular and other brands of cheap shit is popping out all over the place.

Spirits are more expensive, for example in Asda you use to get a 50cl bottle of Jager for 9 quid, now its 11.

So......

I tend to stick to Beer or Cider so it is always cheaper or on offer and yeah when it comes to Vodka I do stick to Glens rather than Smirnoff or Absolut etc. Anyone ever fell for the Vodkat?
