No. It's about 3 days without water, but food is different. Though the body will start to digest the muscles and such to survive. Starting to eat again is tough, since your stomach is shut down, and your metabolism is in the tank.

Yeah, it's happened to me before and i'm worried it will again. I don't feel the need to eat right now, but i'm worried if i wait any longer it will just be really tough to fix. But i have been drinking at least 2 litres of water per day.
Should i see a doctor?

It sounds like you're not eating simply out of lack of urge to. That's an issue. For me, it was by choice.

Agreed...I've known a girl with anorexia that didn't eat for like 2-3 weeks and she didn't die. You shouldn't state something as a fact if you don't know whether it is or isn't.
