I'm glad that the current replies and even poll options show an absolute equal for both anorexia and bulimia. Judging which is "hardest" to recover from is something I could never possibly do, and wouldn't like to see done. Both are incredibly, incredibly difficult to recover from and I don't believe one is "harder" than the other. It's a personal state of mind, a personal battle and no one could be the judge of that.

I really don't think you can categorise and say one is more difficult. But on a personal level, I was unable to starve myself, but it is incredibly easy to just make yourself throw up. So I would say bulimia.
