so. i have this really bad habit. when friends get on my nerves i completly deleted them out of my life. i dont usually do this with friends who i have known for a long period of time. but just recently, i found out two girls who i have been friends with since elementary had been talking really dirty about me behind my back. i just feel like i am too old for that childishness, so i stoped calling, texting, hanging out etc. one of their b.days just past i called and said happy birthday but i didnt attend her get together or give her gift, so now she's kinda upset. i dont feel like i'm wrong she doesnt deserve shit from me. but do u think i should just tell her what's going on? or just keep ignoring her?

You should tell her, if she doesn't know/mean to do these things, then she may feel offended by that. If you tell her, she can at least try and sort it out.

Good luck with whatever you do!

You need to tell her. A lot of the time people don't even realise why friends are holding a grudge. She'll think you were being rude by not buying her a gift especially when you are considered close friends by her...

You need to explain first then see if you can get a proper apology from her. If not, then is the time to stop making contact.
