No single organization is so united in every individual's interests that there is no divergence in opinions, white nationalism included. However, you cannot deny that white nationalism advocates homogeneity, primarily in terms of race, but more broadly, everything else that is associated with race (culture, nationality, personal backgrounds, etc.).  Perhaps not directly to all of those, but it's certainly an effect, and generally taken to be a desired effect by those who advocate it.
