like I just read an email my mom sent me about school and made the HUGE mistake of doing that right before I went to bed. NOw I am angry and thinking about how much i hate them and feel like shit.

Maybe they don't listen just because you're negative about it. Parents know they have power, so if they don't like your attitude then they might just shut themselves off. One way you might be able to deal with both aspects of the problem is make the effort to keep your composure when they bitch at you, acknowledge their issue, and then ask them nicely if they can make a certain change for you if you deal with the thing they were bitching about. I can't really give you any way that I know you can improve the situation, but things like that might help make the relationship a little bit better, and you can slowly build upon it.
Parents are parents, but there is always a relationship dynamic. If you can find a respectful way to remind them of that and tell them how it can be improved to enable more happiness for both people, they might be willing to work with you. Because there has to be some respect or compassion for you inside of them.

They are your parents, they are guardians, they feed you and put a roof over your head. Even if they nag you until you go insane, you always gotta remember that they in fact YOUR PARENTS. When they get you really angry, take deep long breaths and try to relax.
You should also try to calmly talk to your parents about the frustration they are causing you, keeping things inside yourself is not healthy, and one day all that frustration will explode. Talking about things is never bad, and I'm sure your parents will get your point.
Maybe you can take a little break from your parents? Ask a relative if you can spend the weekend with them, maybe a retreat is something you need right now. The fact that you are always with your parents might be getting to your head, and you want to experience some freedom.
