On a more serious note, what are you talking about? I don't know this.

Person A could be like: "Hey this girl in my class is the coolest. She ....!" and Person B could be like: "I don't know her, but she sounds cool." A: "She's the one that looks like ...."  B: "Oooohhh her." (thinks 'wow she's really like me; or we'd get along great, etc') and looks you up at some point and TADA BEST FRIENDS FOREVER.

....or you could screw up majorly and never live it down. I'm hoping for the first situation.
