I've never had one. There was a time that a boyfriend of mine insisted that I take a pregnancy test because my period was lighter than it normally was (not that it was LIGHT, but normally my periods were quite heavy, and this one seemed like "regular" heaviness). It was negative. I wasn't scared and didn't think I was pregnant. I have been pregnant once, and I was in total denial. I had skipped my period but claimed that it was due to a change in lifestyle and stress (I had just moved into the dorms for university). When I took the pregnancy test a large part of me thought it'd come up negative, even though it did not. (For the record, I do not have any children.) I have taken EC once, concurrently with taking birth control pills (that was the first time I had sex without a condom with a certain boyfriend, and he felt more comfortable with that.) I did not get pregnant.

I've never had any pregnancy scares through any sexual activity I willingly took part in. Had one in June after I was raped though, thank Jeeeeesus I wasn't pregnant. No protection was used, as far as I can recall, but I didn't take emergency contraception or anything.
