Does it hurt to Overdose? I know that if you OD on asprins it would hurt like hell but what kind of medication wouldn't hurt to OD on?

It depends on lots of things.

An overdose is where you take too much of a substance for your body to handle, and the effects vary.

The one time I OD'ed on something didn't really "hurt" but I knew something was wrong and it felt bad.

If you think that you will, it's best to get some medical attention. In certain cases, it can be fatal. As I said, it depends what it is.
