my brother is 22, and my bestfriend is 17. He has tried getting her to send him pictures, to have sex with him, and then, he wanted her to come over the other night when i was out of the house. 1. That's illegal. 2. Thats my BESTFRIEND. && 3. He would just be using her anyways. I dont really wanna tell my parents because they'd go craaazy on him, and i dont want to tell him I know because then, he'll be like, "why are you going through my stuff" or "why'd you ask her about it if you didnt wanna know?"

what should i doooo?

First, depending on where you live it might not be illegal.  In some states the legal age is 16.
