it won't be the same motor, though.. completely different parts.  

yes it is but the gnx 3.8 will bolt up to the tranny and engine mounts and will still make enough power to smoke almost anything on the road

GNX's aren't super fast, just an FYI.. they are very quick though.. but FYI.. the GNX had a bunch of differences with the chassis.

350s are cheaper and you can get tons of power out of them.  Or get a stroker kit for one and make it a 383...
