I really don't want to be this person, but I've known a girl with undiagnosed BPD. In my opinion, the best way to get over it is to "think yourself out of it."
Stop reading all the psych stuff. Depersonalization is much more uncommon than they'd have you believe. I predict that nothing is wrong with you. What will be the most beneficial is if you admit to yourself that you are normal. If anything, you just have some personality quirks that can be corrected through simple behavior modification, stuff you can do yourself. It's certainly not permanent if you take this approach, but you HAVE to believe in it. Trust me. You're welcome to PM me if you wanna talk about it.
