This Univ. Texas dude was kicked off football team cuz he posted shit about Obama on his facebook, writing "all the hunters gather up, we have a nigger in the white house."  He apologized, but still got kicked off.  Some ppl think he should get ACLU to help him cuz its free speech.  Wat do u think?

When you get college paid for you in order to play football, you're required to follow team rules and have to watch your actions. The team has every right to kick him off, and the ACLU would have no authority or say in the matter as an athletic scholarship contract is between the school and the teammate.
