my laptop has been doing this off and on for the past year.
the reaction time is slow and if the internet is connected everything gets slow (including internet) and I can't play a pc game. Wen I'm not connected, I'm fine. But it lso has what I call episodes, it gets really bad where it takes twenty minutes to type a message and sometimes it's jut fine
please help me with this problem, I would like to have it solved.

you may need a different internet provider. You may also have used too much RAM and it does that because the internet uses a lot of memory.
