Keep in mind these are probably largely 14 year old girls, a demographic where cliques and bitchiness hold a lot of sway.

A news-worthy item might have been a case-controlled double-blind test involving pyschologically analysing 2 groups (Obama voters and McCain voters) that showed there was a statistically significant difference between their scores in a tolerance test.

I don't doubt this is pretty prevelant in America, but to suggest this article is actually interesting is pointless mud-slinging we could only expect from before the election.

Hell, it's commonly accepted knowledge, even here in Australia, that Republicans tend to 'fight dirty' during campaigning, while Democrats are the golden hearted victims who seek only to promote tolerance and peace, and would never put a foot wrong.

I think it's obvious. To demonstrate that contrary to popular perception, Democrats their ilk are just as intolerant of dissident viewpoints as those big bad mean Republicans are.

That's not news to me. The vast majority of censorship I have experienced on internet forums has been at the hands of liberals and left wingers. Ironically, one of the main culprits had the quote:
"I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." in his signature.
