for the passed 3 nite my parents have been fighting and evry nite i cant get to sleep untill 1 in the morrning. comment and tell my what you think i should do to get mor sleep cause i really need it.

I know the feeling. :(

Usually I just blast calming music so I can't hear it. It can sometimes be hard to sleep with, but at least it calms you down and puts you in the mood until the fighting wears off.
