Ive been researching for an english paper.. about pro ana and pro mia... ive been struggling with an eating disorder for a long time now and i thought this topic would be interesting..
as i started reading i felt like i was beginning to get alot of good ideas and helpful tips about how to continue with my ED... now with all this in my head i feel like i really want to try some of their ideas its something thats going to be like my little secret which makes it a little more intriguing.
any advice?

i say dont do it. If you try it you may like it and then not be able to start. Its all up to you i cant tell you what to do i can only give you my advice coming from myself....who has never had an eating disorder... so my advice may not be very helpful...im just saying it would be healthier if you didnt.

Don't do it.

It won't be "your little secret". It'll be a curse that'll stay with you for the rest of your life.

Let's not mess around. If you do, chances are:

You won't be able to have children. Ever.

You won't be able to eat properly for the rest of your life.

People will look at you and think you're weird cos you're so thin (it's *not* sexy!)

People will avoid you cos they think you've got something wrong with you.

And the biggest one:....you could DIE!

Yes, you could die.

If you've read this, and still think it's a good idea. Fine. Go ahead.

y do u need "tips" on how to "have and hide" your eating disorder....its something you should want to get rid of.

and i think tips and tricks on how to have an eating disorder is a load of shit.
