I've been cutting since about 14 and im 18 now. I've cut in areas from my wrists, near underarm, and  thigh/groin area. I know cutting is bad, but those of you who do, know that it is a realease and makes u feel better, or atleast in my case. It's something I control. But Ihate when people (like my friends) notice and comment and ask questions. Its a private thing and I hate to explain myself when it's not of their business. So my question is, where can I cut without anyone knowing or being able to see? Ill kick the habit eventually (hopefully) but for right now it calms me so please keep any negative comments to yourself. Any help is appreciated though.

Im not sure if we are aloud to tell u where to cut yourself...cos thats us telling you to selfharm.

Why not try chocolate...like eat chocolate anytime u want to cut...i mean its been 4 years why not try some other hobby?

I used to cut to, I was able to stop myelf after a lot of hard work and I still struggle with it. I found that when I did it on my stomech and thigh it was esier to hide ( I don't wear reviling clothing) I'm not trying to help you cut, but I know what it's like to have people questining you. But please, when the time is right try and stop, it's better in the end, you don't need to hide all the time. Message me sometime if you want. Please be carefull *hugs*

I dont think you will ever really want to stop because of its calming qualities. perhaps the best way out is just to tell your friends it is relieving and that you dont want to talk.
have you thought of other ways to hurt yourself? like flicking an elastic band against your wrist? it wont leave such permanent scars but still provides pain.

agree'd, but sometimes people can tell. or you're clothing slips. one time I was wearing these arm warmer glove things and my friend automaticly new that i was hiding something. Luckily she's my best friend and she didn't question me, just asked if I wanted to talk about it and gave me a hug

yeah, I tried the elastic band too.. didn't work for me either. and I don't mind my friends asking if i want to talk.. just if i say no I want them to stop.. I donno, just tell you're friends to back off or something, but yeah try it in plases that they can't see, and it's usually safer because no major veins run through there.
