definitely. it has a bad name, sure, but i think it really can help people with behavioural disorders and other mental problems to become less destructive forces in society. i know that in 2008 we can take steps to significantly reduce the negative side-effects of such procedures.

No. It may be a faster way that can help with behavioural disorders and other mental problems, but it is also very high risk. Other forms of psychology, without the surgery, can also be extremely helpful. Although they take more time and effort, they also have less risk involved.
