Nah, it's a fighting style called capoeira.

You dance around and swing punches and kicks while your dancing.

It's not very practical as an actual fighting style though. You leave yourself extremely open because it's so flashy.

Which causes some dude who just boxes or whatever to knock you the fuck out.
