Yeah so long story short, had an anxiety attack the other night. Vomited twice that night, and then again the following morning. This has happened to me twice before, the second time being the worst.
The day after I cried a lot at school, and I'm really paranoid, it's quite awful.
I know I should probably see someone, we have a school councilor but she's really inexperienced and naive, and my GP thinks I am a total fuck-up because every time she's seen me I've been upset about something or rather. I haven't told my parents why I was sick either, they think it was flu.

Is there another GP you can go to? A psychologist?

Over what sort of time period has this been happening? To what degree does it affect your every-day activities?

Also, I'd be surprised if your GP does think that about you. If that is the case, then you really would benefit from switching doctors, even if it involves your parents.

I've been like this for a few months now, though I've only had two anxiety attacks in that time period. My GP isn't disdainful or anything, I know she would help, it's just a bit awkward thats all. Shes already told me I might have depression, but she didn't give me meds or anything. I just got referred to a counsellor.

The counsellor was probably a better option, to be honest. Perhaps not now that your symptoms are manifesting themsleves so physically and interefering. But, generally, sorting things out without altering your body's chemistry would be better =P

So, what's the issue with going through your parents? Have you thought any more about "seeing someone" and what you'd like to happen?

I don't know what the issue was with my parents, I guess its just the whole "breaking down the wall" thing.

I had my first session with a Psychologist today. I already feel a little relieved so it's good. I'm seeing her again next week, and then we'll go from there.
