I read on another source that they molested and abused him though, so he doesn't deserve all blame for this.

I can't believe police want him tried as an adult. He wasn't in  circumstances that any adult would be forced into.

Never mind. In USA you only have to be over 7 years old to be tried as an adult.
In Australia it's 10 or 11 i can't remember, my mistake.

The worst thing about this is that he wont get a hrd punishment becuase he is under the gae of 10 and you cant be tryed if you are under the age of 10

Apparently his father fucked him in the ass, so I don't think it's that sad.

I mean it's sad the kid got fucked in the ass by his father, but the fact that his father was killed by the kid doesn't seem that sad.

"Melnick said police got a confession, but the boy's attorney, Benjamin Brewer, said police overreached in questioning the boy without representation from a parent or attorney and did not advise him of his rights.

"They became very accusing early on in the interview," Brewer said. "Two officers with guns at their side, it's very scary for anybody, for sure an 8-year-old kid."
