i'm not gonna say being anorexic is good. and im not gonna try to encourage or discourage but if ur hungry, then at least eat a "negative calorie" food like cucomber.
and mustard has no calories... or like salad. something light.
and if u eat u might binge.. be careful not to eat tooo much or ull have an upset stomach..
and drink watterrr.
