Do any of you always wake up early, even if you have no commitments that day?

I don't, though I usually set my alarm for earlier.  These days, my body naturally wakes me up after 6 hours of sleep, but then I have nothing to do so I'll sleep again until I wake up.

Lol, I think I want to start waking up the first time my body wakes me up (if it's reasonable).  Waking up early makes the whole day seem much longer :).

Yes.

If I go so long without eating, I'll throw up. This applies to sleeping too. If I sleep too long and I pass my limit I'll throw up in my sleep without even waking up.

So I wake up pretty early all the time.

My body does that too. But I just ALWAYS get up at 6.30, weather I have stuff to do or not... that way I just stay used to it.
