I've been binging on around 800mg of diphenhydramine a night for about a week, and stopped using it l ast tonight. Throughout the day ive had the classic kicking stuff effects of headache, cold chills, racing heartbeat and random onset paranoia and aggravation. Is there any easy way of killing the symptoms for a few days while I kick the stuff?

I've had similar things happen to me.
I have helped ease it by going off of the stuff gradually, rather than trying to quit all of a sudden.

But that's what's helped me. And I didn't mind still being on the drug.

I have dropped others with no problem, too.
But sometimes your body will react more severely to the discontinued use of certain drugs over others.

Most likely, he is not actually addicted.
These things don't only happen when you are addicted to something physically.

Many people can't do much of anything when they are on heroine either.

Diphenhydramine isn't addictive. And 800mg a week is like 2-3 pills a night. I use to take 5-10 a night for insomnia I didn't get addicted, I was lucky to get to sleep.

Binging on a Antihistamine, that's some desperation.

I'd say atleast try to be healthy and just smoke some Marijuana, that's going to be alot healthier then anything else and especially Diphenhydramine.

How boring,
really, REALLY! tired mix with(for me translucent OpenEyeVisuals). Being so tired the stuff also makes me almost emotionless, so basically at this point I am so sedated I could careless about seeing waves flow through my dark blue sheets in deemed light or seeing my reflection flow and ripple off my old turned off TV.

It was nothing like Psilocybin Mushrooms or LSD which give me massive emotion and thought provoking effects with crazy mind blowing visuals. There just was no stimulation, at one point I went into my bathroom to take a piss and while that was happening the water from the toilet bowl appeared to be coming out and flowing through the air in front of me. Then if I looked at my bathtub, it appeared there was water on the surface in certain places just like it can look after taking a shower or just having the shower on for just a second.

It was ok for a little entertainment but concentration was key for not only to hallucinate but to stay awake. This also only worked by not using it for a LONG time and then using a high dose. After that first time, I couldn't hallucinate off of it again untill I waited a LONG time.
