That Banksy is god
And yes, it's Banksy.
And it's not a "starving child".
It's from a famous photograph of a girl called Phan Thị Kim Phúc. She's been badly burnt by bombs. It's a really sad photograph, especially when you look at how the soldiers in the background are acting like it's all normal.
The photographer, who was only 21 years old, then took the girl to hospital after the photo was taken.

starving children??

that image of a naked girl there is one of the most famous in photographic history, u will probably all hv seen it before; its a naked girl running down a road during the vietnam road having ripped of her clothes from being napalmed and burning.
that accompanied with the eerily happy cartoon images doesnt make much sense.
The random work of a bizarre and bored photoshop artist, i say.
