My boyfriend got a really bad concussion on friday. He was uncouncious and out for about 25 seconds and had to go to the hosiptal. Since about 2 days ago he has been acting very different. He is extremely irritable towards me and snaps at me to the point where I am crying. He all of a sudden now wants to quit collage and go travelling because he said his doctor told him he could have died from the fall. He now feels like he has to go to a bunch of things with his life. Its so weird and im just wondering if these could be because of his concussion?

I did talk to him and he said he doesnt know why. I said i was really worried about it being because he was unhappy with me maybe or something was going on. He said no. Its just really weird because he ia such a calm person but now its intense irritability. I have been so nice to him to trying to just take his bad mood but its tough.

It's probably because he realized that he almost lost his life and now he wants to explore and be more adventurous so when he does die he can feel like fulfilled, or that he completed his life

yeah i guess. Its just such an odd change. It makes me upset how he is being mean to me but I looked up concussion on the internet and irritability is definitly an after symptom.
