yes they do permanent eyeliner. and i would never do it because after a few years it really starts to fade and looks really bad.

they do permanent eyeliner (top and bottom), lip liner, eye brows..
i hear it looks pretty nice and like all tattoo it fades a lil over time though..
we had a guess speaker in my cosmo class in hs and she told us that its a lil risky bc some ppl have alergic reactions and stuff so u have to be completely certain about getting it done
