basically, i have wonky boobs. i know theres lots of women (maybe men too :p) who do... but it's becoming SO noticeable now.
like.. ones a d and ones barely a c.
is there anything i can do? like excersizes or something to even them out?

nope. they'll get better over time, and even if they don't, it's not that huge of a deal. when you're older and financially secure you could always consider reduction of one (don't make the other bigger, it'll turn out wrong).

I've heard of this before (where its noticeable enough to be a different size). I don't think theres anything you can do... except wear one of those chicken fillet things in the smaller cup.

Depending on how old you are you're probably still growing and you'll even out abit, but you could get a gel thing to put in your bra to even them out

yeah.. i was thinking of plastic surgery. but... i don't piss money :( i lost loads of weight a few months back.. and they evened out.
i've put on a few pounds since (i'm not fat... my bmi is 20 or something) and they've gone back wonky. one of my friends ALWAYS takes the piss out of it,a nd so does my sister. it's starting to really get me down :P

if ur still young its normal. i've never noticed anyone with this problem so i don't think its that noticeable. talk to ur dr maybe u could consider plastic surgery or stuffing one side with paper towels to make it look the same size
