I have sleeping problem, i cant sleep!
its freakin 3.30am.
Im suppose to up at around 4.30-5.30 am but i get sleepy around that time >< im up till 4 or 4.30
any ideas how to hit the bed around atleast 12?
btw i watch movies,play games when im up.should i take pills? :S never had em
ty

try to wind down your day earlier don't drink really sugary or caffinated things within 2 hrs of going to bed if that dosent work try soothing sounds like ocean waves crashing or the rain forest then if that dosent work talk to your doctor you might have a sleeping disorder called insomnia
