Everyone has differant natural sleeping patterns, the medication your doctor gives you proberbly will just be sleep aids wich dont have a natural affect. i also have alot of trouble getting too sleep because i have insomnia. when your having trouble falling or staying asleep, or you wake up feeling unrefreshed, you may be suffering from insomnia. It may be caused by stress, anxiety, depression, disease, pain, medications, sleep disorders or poor sleep habits. Your sleep environment and health habits may also play a role in your sleep problems
so if i were you i'd try something else.
