sooo...i got arrested two nights ago for underage possession of alcohol, but when they got me all i was doing was sitting on a bench. the only reason the cops were even called is because my friend pulled his penis out in front of some girls like a dumbass. anyways....the cops searched our room and got all the alcohol along with an unlabeled bottle of xanaxs(8 mgs), which isnt a lot, but still. they questioned me about them and i made up some shit about them being my moms and me using them for public speaking. well after we got out and got our tickets none of ours had possession of the xanaxs, so do you think they just confiscated the pills and disposed of them or will they use them against us when we go to court to pay our fine?

they probably will dispose of them but there has been some cases that they used them against them.. but is rare.... my dad is a cop and so is all our family friends they will probably most like just charge you will possession of alcohol and not really worry about tha pills

No.  The police report is their documentation.  A general rule police officers go by is if it isn't written down, it didn't happen.

If you're only charged with possession of Alcohol, then the Xanax will not be brought up when you go before the court.

If none of yours had the possesion of xanax, you are some lucky fucks. Even if they actually were your moms, you would still get charged with a felony for EACH pill just because they were not in HER possession. The pills have to be prescribed to the carrier, or each is a felony under the law.

Try to forget about the xanax. Act like it never happened. Since it is a felony to be carrying them, you may recieve a notice further down the road about a court date for them. I was arrested when I was 16 on felony charges and didn't even go to court until I was almost 18. They just released me the day after I was arrested and I heard NOTHING until two weeks before my court date. Just be prepared man.
