I been eating only like 700 or less calories everyday and workingout alot and when i do tend to eat a "reall full" meal i feel really fat and feel i need to workout more. Family members say to me its not healthy to only eat like 300 or 700 or less calories, your thin enough dont over do it.
Yet here I am worried about a family member myself, she too has lost alot of weight and i know she depressed and loney yet no one can see it and she doent want to talk to anyone.

dude, eating hardly anything isn't going to help much with your weight either, eat as much as you need, and if you feel fat, workout with more intensity...

You're supposed to have a minimum of 1600 a day.
Anything below is extremely unhealthy.
What's the point in being fit if you're going to die young?

I'm sure if we saw a picture of you we'd all agree your pretty thin if you eat 700 calories a day.

I used to eat only 300 calories a day and work out after every little thing I ate.
Know this: not eating enough fucks your metabolism really badly. This means that absolutely WHATEVER you eat will be stored and held on to by your body and it will turn to fat. Even if you work out.

Eat a good amount of healthy food, take vitamins, and be patient. That's the hardest part is being patient. If you ever need help or anything, you can feel free to message me :]

Be healthy.
