Romans If he/she asked Jesus to take the penalty of Sin for him, then yes they are saved. However if someone takes their own life you have to wonder why? If someone calls themelves a christian and then commits suicide, you have to question how genuine their faith was, perhaps they were like the seed that landed in the thorny path
...why does committing suicide make someone less of a Christian? Or are you stupid enough to think that Christians are magically immune to depression?
No of course not, one of my best friends is both a follower of Jesus and a depression sufferer. However I believe and the bible says that Jesus transforms your live, gives you a new hope when you become a christian. So taking your life away is rebelling against God (sinning). So you have to question why, not immeadiately jump to conclusions.
