If you are pulled over and given a "Warning Ticket" for speeding (written warning) can it affect your insurance?

I think my mom got a warning recently.. and I'm fairly sure it didn't affect our insurance.

But I coudl be wrong.

Hmm.. My insurance knows pretty much everything.  That is if the county police reports it.  If they just told you and wrote it and didn't really formally "publish" it, then I wouldn't worry.  But I would imagine it depends on the county.  Thats at least how it works around here from what I can tell.
