this depression medicine is now making me feel really nervous. i don't remember shaking like this and feeling this nervous ever. a few hours ago i felt really happy and hyper. this is my second day on this crazy medicine.

You should call the doctor and let them know how you're feeling. Maybe it's a normal side affect, or its not, either way the doctor should know.
