Anyone heard of it? It's a diet group. I joined it on Wednesday, and in only 4 days I have lost 4lbs. It's the only diet I have heard of where you eat lots and lose weight (though most of it is healthy stuff). It's great.

Yeah but I know lots of people who have lost like three stone in only a few months with Slimming World. And most people lose about 4-6lbs in the first week.

Here it is £9.50 first week, then £4.50 after that. You get a diet book free the first time you go. You could go just to get the book and not go back. Haha. xD

i never heard of it but all your probably doing is eating healthy and exercising more meaning that youll lose weight. its nothing that you cant do yourself but they probably help keep you on track.

Yesss, dooo. It's really good. And easy to follow. I feel 100 times better. Plus you can have chocolate now and again if you want.

Yep. With this diet I know if I've done something wrong, and it helps you not to go overboard with eating junk food and such.
