i have no idea what roll up eyeliners are but im pretty sure the pencils will work so much better

pencil is a LOT better
well
the roll up eyeliner fom max factor though is REALLY good.

Pencil is better. It's easier to work with, in my opinion, because all you have to do is sharpen it and what not. Also, it doesn't really smudge as easy as the roll ones.

pencils work better for less dry skin, and roll ups work better for dry skin, dont ask, its just how it works.
