My girlfriend needs to get a restraining order on her ex. On Sunday, when I wasn't around, he kissed her and said next time she's in town she should come over so they can have sex. She was completely taken by surprise because she really just wants to be friends with him, but now she doesn't ever want to see him again.

You got to the local courthouse in your city and request a form. It won't get approved though. He hasn't done anything threatening or said anything threatening to her - It'll get denied. I know this girl. Her mom tried to file a restrainer order against her husband because he constantly beat her. They were separated. The restraining order was denied. A week later her husband shot and killed her at point blank range in the head, in the parking lot of the church they attended. Right near my house, actually.

I'd be cautious if you think he'll be the type to get all crazy and what not. Just beat his ass.
