very high fever?

On monday morning at school i started getting really bad pains in my stomach so i went home then i woke up that night and couldnt stop shaking and had a fever.
then tuesday i went to school but was shaking all day and kept getting hot flashes and stuff so i went to the nurse and had a 100.1 temp
when i left school i went to the dr and he gave me ammoxacillin and told me to take 2 a day and said i had an infection
then later that night it shot up too 105.4 so my parents gave me some advil and called the dr and told me too take 3 ammoxacillin a day
then it dropped to about 100.8 and went back up to around 104 and since then my temp has been going between 100-105
when its at its 'peak' u could say ill start shaking and get really cold then when i take advil ill just get really really hott and sweaty and itll drop to about 100
since monday ive had horrible pains in my lower back and on my right lower side
idk what to do? help?

my parents said they were going to call him again and ask him what to do but i think hes just going to say take some more advil or something so my parents are like trying to od me on advil ..ive though about going to the hospital but i dont want to sound.. dramatic?

take a hot bath and drink chicken noodle soup. Also green tea is a natural herb with anti-oxidants that will help boost your immune system naturally, then just take it easy with the drugs. ^_^

wait out a day or two.. i had that once and doc told me to bear with it for a few days.

BUT if it doesnt get better u should go back to hte doc

and dont get cold even if ur sweating n stuff, make sure ur warm and eat well (as well as u can without throwing up lol, i couldnt keep food donw)

Considering that you can die, I'd say you're not going to sound dramatic.
A fever that high is not the norm. Not even when you have a cold or something like that.

hot bath.. check (think it just rose my fever though??)
chicken noodle soup..made me wanna throw up (havent really eaten just makes me feel sick:/ )
green dad..my dads at the store just called him to get me some :P

You don't need a hot bath when your fever is that high.
A cold bath will bring your fever down. Not a hot bath.

People here are not going to give you the help you need. Either call a hospital, or get off the internet and don't expect kids here to help you properly.
