Ghosts have been shown in various ways. Are you saying that ghosts aren't real? Because a lot of scientific minds that have nothing to do with religion would disagree with you.

actually, they can find the energy to speak although it usually can't be audible to the naked human ear. It's a term known as "Electronic Voice Phenomena". You can hear discernible words after playing back recorded things where certain phenomena linked to ghosts occur.  
And it sounds to me like you're not taking such concepts seriously.
