The stars shower the lunar grove
Euphoric in their dance on the sky
Escaping passion in limitless infinity
Blazing fury and fire
As embers dress the sky

Every witness trapped in its beauty
These nightly pilgrims of hidden duty
Through so much darkness came
Eternitys harking eyes that bear no name

We on the crust of this earth
Stand naïve, ignorant from birth
With measureless imagination
Only to become legend and fiction

And are these real eyes?
Or real lies?
Do we realise?

That by our minds
We burden every breath
And question every action
As time ticks closer to death

Overwhelming wonder
To stare at eternity
And endlessly ponder
Why anything, why me?

I cannot concieve of a God who rewards and punishes his creatures, or
has a will of the kind we experience in ourselves : Albert Einstei
