A quilt is rather labor intensive, so unless you're not seeing him tomorrow, you might want to think of something easier to do.
Nothing's really corny in relationships that long, believe me. It's my four year anniversary with my boyfriend in six days, and we're corny as ever, haha.
Do something that you know he'll appreciate, even if you just write him a long note and tell him why you care. Do what you can with what you have, and he'll appreciate it.
