And you could suggest the 'correct' healing time to assist people in updating the topic. Just saying it's "wrong" doesn't help, because then they have to spend extra time finding out what you thing is "right".

Not sure where you heard that, but the only way it will 'hurt like hell' is if a vessel is hit. There's a sweet spot for every piercing, which is the spot to hit that is perfect for placement and even pain control.
If you nick a blood vessel there, it will sting. That's about it. Enough to make your eyes water, and it's over within half a minute at most.

It's called "bio-mechanical" there are alot of tattoo's liek this. Some of them actually look like machinery inside the body, like this:

Done with a rotary needle, one dot at a time. Took fucking hours and it's the most painful thing I ever had done. Subdermals and scarification hurt less than that.

The picture is shitty, goddamn. Whatever, you get the idea.
